This impact was achieved through a dual-service delivery model. The Jape A Lem Memorial Clinic in Dili served as the organization’s primary urban healthcare center, providing 12,337 consultations, while mobile outreach missions extended services to 2,721 patients in remote and underserved communities, including areas such as Manufahi. A major focus of the organization’s work remained maternal and child health, with 1,674 antenatal consultations conducted and 191 children treated for acute malnutrition. Preventive health initiatives were also strengthened, including 950 free vaccinations and the launch of a nutrition program that reached over 700 participants,

The 2022–2023 Annual Report of the Ordem de Malta Clinic highlights two years of meaningful progress in expanding access to healthcare in Timor-Leste. Since its inauguration on November 7, 2017, the clinic has served over 37,000 patients through consistent weekday operations. A major milestone in 2022 was the launch of the Mobile Clinic on April 7, a strategic outreach program aimed at reaching underserved villages in Dili, including Ailele-Hun, Beduku Kraik, Beduku Leten, Danau, Kasnafar, Lelaus, Malikeo, and Maslidun.
